THE BROKEN BLUE MACHINE
The Conservatives will follow Andrew Scheer into the 2019
election, after the young Saskatchewan MP won an upset victory at the party’s leadership convention in Toronto Saturday night. So read the headlines of most newspapers…
Andrew WHO!!!
Really!!! Who is this Andrew Scheer? Who ever heard of him? You got to recognize when you are beaten and left for dead… The Liberal Party in my opinion got it right. During the last Federal election. They had no one in their stable of possible candidates that stood any chance of winning. So what did the Liberals do… revive a dead horse. The Trudeau brand was once again brought to the Canadian political spot light.
The Liberals put their bets on a dead horse written by a pretty boy with no real experience at anything. Just that his last name was Trudeau.
And much like Trump won the U.S. election on name recognition. Trudeau was crowned King of Canada.
A man that lived as the prince of Canada for years in the shadows of his father Pierre Trudeau. A man that revolutionized Canadian politics and gave the Liberal party a point of reference.
A point of reference that made his brand stand out as the champion of the people.
Like really… Who is doing the thinking for the conservatives? Do you really think that this Andrew Scheer has a chance?
Really…. Do you not think that Jagmeet Singh the upcoming NDP candidate could win? With the huge population of South/East and Central Asia population in Canada? Do you not think that this is the trojan horse awaiting on the side lines to truly change the face of Canadian
politics?
Really, nose bleed Andrew who… Poster boy for Wonder Bread is going to take out King Trudeau or stand a chance against the huge East/South Asian population in Canada?
Really… First question.
Who does Andrew appeal to? The conservative party? What party?
The conservative following? Where were they during the last election?
If I was at the helm of the conservative party I would have brought back Preston Manning to resurrect the conservative party. There is a candidate with a solid name and one that truly worked for the betterment of Canadians at large. A man that built a party from grass roots only to be taken out by the conservatives greed. Ernest Preston Manning, PC CC AOE is a conservative Canadian politician. He was the only leader of the Reform Party of Canada, a Canadian federal political party that evolved into the Canadian Alliance.
Sad to see this exceptional candidate not recognized for his true potential and shun out for being a one man show.
Something Canada truly needs. We do not need the NDP to strong arm us into the possible acceptance of Sharia law. We can’t afford to keep spending money we don’t have through the Liberals sponsorship of refugees and foreign aid to save the globe.
Come on people. We need true leadership. We need someone that is not about the party but about the hard working Canadian that struggles to pay his/her bills. To the Canadian that can’t afford the simplest of necessities. To the middle class families that work like modern day slaves to give their children an adequate way of life.
The best the conservatives could come up with is this “YES” man Andrew. Are you kidding me? Maybe Trump is right. The system is broken and the swamp of greed and pathetic politics needs to be exposed. Much as he is doing in the U.S. Go Trump Go. Invade Canada please before we are invaded from within.

“I live a dream in a nightmare world”

STOP DON’T DRINK THE WATER!
I have exhausted all other avenues… All I have left to turn to is the water supply. There is no other logical explanation why our education system is producing so many professional incompetents.
I say this because, we are hiring here at the Central Newspaper. All I keep getting are nose pickers and dead weights. People that are unemployable. From Phd’s to no high school.
They all want the job but none wants to work it. I remember in my day. I would take any job and work my ass off. I would stay late and my only benefits were that I had the job.
I remember graduating from University so eager to get my first job… only to be told to slow down and not work so hard as I was making the rest of the workers look bad. I remember the supervisor pulling me over and constantly telling me to slow down… To stop coming up with ideas to better the job.
Needless to say, I kept getting promoted… until I got tired of the slow pace and went back to school for International business.
At times as I sit through these interviews I can’t help to chuckle at the level of BS these candidates attempt to pass as truth.
From the guy that just got off the boat to the person just laid off from their current job. They all seem to have the same air of desperation. The all share the same air of entitlement.
A diploma, degree does not automatically give you any special privilege. If anything it your starting point to life that is for you to make and not sit and expect.
I blame this type of psychic in our student on our education system. A system that is intellectually bankrupt. A system that is more concerned about financial stability and gain than actually delivering and education. Don’t believe me. Look at all the private colleges… Education today is not about teaching and learning. Instead it is about turning a profit. It is about giving people a false sense of intellectual entitlement.
In my opinion that is wrong. We have young men and women with huge education debt and can’t get employment as the education they received does not qualify them for jobs they are supposed to be trained.
Employers hand their had that they require experience. In reality Employers want a seasoned horse instead of a new buck. As the new buck has yet to learn the reality of the work place.
Intellectually they may be ready but their ignorance of the work place sets them back.
I think universities need to do more when it comes to teaching life skills. Skill such as don’t expect but instead earn. Don’t show up to an interview with expectation and demands but instead with ideas and direction. Don’t demand or ask about what benefits you. Instead show with with eagerness and determination to do the best job you can and for God’s sake don’t attempt to fudge the truth. The person interview you is not asleep and you are far from the first person he has interviewed. Here is tip. Be honest, be up front and act as if the interview you are at is the only one in the world.
If you show value for the moment, the company you are attempting to join. The company will find value in you. Don’t apply for a job. But apply for a future. Apply as the company was yours and take pride and ownership in the interview. Make the interviewer feels as if he/she has no choice but to hire you. Our youth must stop thinking that they are entitled. The rest of us must stop thinking anyone owes us. What we must do is work hard and appreciate the opportunity.

THE AMERICAN DREAM IS ALIVE

Donald Trump will be the new President of the United State of America. The people have voted and they voted in an outsider.
A business person with real business ideas and experience.
How refreshing. How inspirational and how reasuring it is to every red blooded American that wakes up in the morning and goes to work and hopes for a better life. Donald Trump has shown the world that the ‘AMERICAN DREAM’ is alive and well. Donald Trump withstood a barage of controversy and personal attacks and at the end came out victorious. Attacks from a corupt establishment. From a putrid society. Trump’s win should be a marker for all hard working people. For all students and children. That hard work pays off. Donald Trump has proven that if you stand tall through all cotroversy and negativity that the reward of success is bitter sweet.
Personally I think the man is a genious. He managed to manipulate CNN to give him 24/7 coverage. He managed to get into peoples minds as everyone was talking about ‘Trump this Trump that’, only to come to the realization that every time someone made a comment or developed an opinion. Trump was slowly winning the mass populations psychic. People do not realize the power of the media in direct response to the affects of their personal psychology.
I have never ever witness such orchastrated political campaign as this one. For this I give Trump two thumbs up as he truly has mastered the art of mass mind control.
Look at the facts. He broke every Republican record for attendance and support. He at one point managed to dismantle the Republican party and clearly filter out those in the party that were establishment oriented. He managed to weed out those in the party that had personal agendas and conquer without their support. Including the head of the party.
Trump not only won the election but now has control over the Senate, congress and house. Talk about amazing and he practically did it single handed, using his own money to boot.
The Democrats with noses in the air were predicting that if Hillary would have won… that the ‘DEPLORABLES’ red kneck supporters of Trump would take to the streets. The Democrats attempted to treat Trump supporters as second class citizens. Talk about irony. Look at who are taking to the streets? Where is Hillary out at these clearly social disobedience protests calming the crowds or denounncing their actions. Hillary is no where to be found. Hillary is packing and movign her wealth to Switzerland as she sees the sunami of legal problems to be coming her way. From the FBI blundered investigation to the Clinton Foundation schemes.
Trump would be a fool to let her go. Make her an example to anyone in office to assure they do not compromise the integrity of the U.S. government. Many have lost a lot more for a lot less. Why was Clinton allowed to go without prosecution?
I believe that the United States is at eve of great change. Change that will ‘Drain the Swamp’ of the corporate filth that lines the bottom and self interest politicians pockets. Change that will take control of wall street and assure that the playing field is even and fair. Change that will clearly put America first when it comes to trade. No more corporations looking to make a quick buck while holding American consumers hostage in pay or else schemes compromising American jobs. Change that will once in for all cut all this sensitive talk with hostile lands. Put the boots to Iran once in for all. No more negotiating with people that want us dead. Take the boots to Iran, the negotiating stopped when they took our people as hostages 20 years ago. No more liberating countries at huge cost, but instead conquer and benefit from the effort. No more sacrifices without renumeration. No more NATO members FREE rides. It is time to draw the line in the sand and say enough is enough and make America Great.

GO TRUMP GO

GO TRUMP GO
Has America lost all respect for itself? No wait. I should not include all America. I meant has CNN no journalistic integrity. Who do those arrogant pricks think they are. I am part of the media and support what Trump did to CNN in that recent news briefing. We as the press have a right to the truth but we must respect the laws of the land and it’s norms and culture. We can’t barge in and demand. We can’t use intimidation and or expect special priviledges just because we are associate or belong to a major news group.
CNN is morally bankrupt. I call for a boycott of CNN as they have clearly shown extreme bias and prejudice against the elect President Trump.
The man won. He won like no other candidate in history. He went up some pretty big political heavy weight and came out on top. What more must Trump do to prove himself worthy?
CNN goes on air this week calling Trump action as an “attack on free press.” I say bull. The journalist should be fired for being disrespectful and ignorant. He was rude and had no right to demand anything.
What is it with society today. It appears that the more successful you become the more people envy you and the stronger the opposition. Could it be that society is so putrid that the actual detox of people like Anderson Cooper and the likes forces men like Trump to face constant challenge and ridicule. They called him a womanizer, prejudice, buffoon and everything in between. Yet the man so far has saved jobs, kept the course of riding the dead wood from U.S. politics.
Hell he even had Republicans fighting Republicans. Personally I think Trump is right on cue.
Governments need a shake up. Governments need to be forced to go back to serving the people and not themselves. Trump may not be an angel when it comes to business. But can we afford to have the crooks we have had governing us for decades. The American good old boys club in American public has been broken. Canada should learn and adapt. Change is good.

“I live a dream in a nightmare world”

TO CARD OR NOT TO CARD THIS IS THE DILEMMA
The media has given Peel Region quite a beating over it’s practice of CARDING. Carding, which is officially known as the Community Contacts Policy, is an intelligence gathering policy of the Toronto Police Service involving the stopping, questioning, and documenting of individuals when no particular offense is being investigated.
The big question is why is carding such an issue in a municipality like Peel? Secondly why are people wanting to take power away from the police?
The issue has been played as a racial one. Those opposing carding claim that some ethnic groups have been targeted by police.
In my opinion life is simple. So why complicate it? If you have nothing hide you have nothing to worry about. I would actually welcome being carded as I would know the police have me in their records in case of emergency and or actual incident. Those opposing carding play the race card when they should be gathering their race types and educate them on portraying to the general public a less of criminal element.
Let’s be real. If you look like trouble. Trouble will find you. Black/white/green or purple. I am against taking away police tools to keep us safe. It is not about freedoms and rights. It is about being responsible and protecting the community from those that look threatening. We in North America are playing a dangerous game. It appears that it has become chic to oppose police. It appears that every time an officer makes a mistake for whatever reason. The media is quick to create a sense of injustice and hysteria. This is wrong. We forget that police officers have one of the toughest jobs. They go out there day in and day out and have to face some of the most disturbing situations. From a mere traffic stop, that could cost an officers life. To murders and riots. What is going to end up happening is we are going to turn our police services from serving and protecting to answering calls to pick up pieces. No officer wants to discharge their weapon. No officer wants to take people into custody. Circumstance/timing and environment play a key role. By adding the fear to officer of legal persecution ontop of loss of life and possible liability. What we will end up getting are competent cops leaving the force. This forcing the police services to lower the standards even more to fill the gaps. This producing what I call ‘THIRD WORLD COPS’. Cops with little or no education. Limited training, that are willing to work for next to nothing and are dispensable.
With our population on the rise across North America. Crime is and has become more a priority. Policing is the key to keeping our societies civil. By weakening the power of the police we are weakening our safety. I personally think that they should be teaching at schools respect for the police and what to do when an officer approaches. On the other side of the coin. I think police officers need to get more training in how to cope with stress and situations that put them in extreme duress to make extraordinary decisions. I do not think that if an act by police is intentional and out of malice and or with some sort of personal agenda should not go reprimanded. Simple rule you break the law you have to pay. But as society we must be sensitive to the profession. I say if you have nothing to hide. Why oppose carding? We need to keep the criminals and those with intent off our streets.13654237_515657875298766_4288532820569458656_n

THE WINNERS AMONGST US…
CONSUMER BEWARE
I normally do not like to write these types of columns, but some people truly need to be taught a lesson in manners/education and proper business etiquette.
The company in question is ‘PAINTING CONNECTION & INDUSTRIAL COATINGS INC’.
The other day I received a flyer in my mail box and thought… hey, I have a bathroom that needs some fixing… why not hire a local small business…. after all if he is doing flyers he can’t afford newsprint or radio. Why not give him a try.
I called and this very rude individual answered the phone. He appeared as fed up and confrontative. When I explained to him who I was and what I needed.
He became confrontational of sort. He was under the impression that I was trying to sell him something. I guess he seen my number pop up on his phone with the caller id, “CENTRAL NEWSPAPER” and must have wrongly interpreted as I was attempting to solicit his business.
I explained to him that I did not appreciate his tone of voice and that he had no right in being rude and unprofessional.
He then attempts to give me a lecture on how I should address him and how I should have placed the call. He goes on to tell me that he gets at least 4 – 5 people attempting to solicit his business and how companies looking for his business should not be calling him…. he further attempts to tell me how businesses soliciting his business are ripping him off by using his number.
In all my years in business I have yet to run into someone so ignorant. Someone that professed to know so much and truly knew shit.
I say this with passion as it boils my blood to have these scoundrels out there passing themselves as reputable businesses only to show their true color in one phone call.
One would have thought that if you had an ounce of class/education/integrity that you would be more professional with your possible client base.
I can say without reluctance that this characters actions are a reflection of his work ethics. Imagine paying him upfront for a job and he then comes with the attitude.
Imagine all the people that are possibly taken by this character…. this brings me back to his method of advertising his business…. Flyers… that alone should have told me that he was small time and if he can’t afford to properly advertise. What are the likely hood that he can complete my bathroom renovation without constantly asking for more money.
Now don’t get me wrong. There are many good contractors that are small, one man operation type that are as honest as the day is long. There is nothing wrong with having a limited budget and or advertising via flyers. Many people do and run successful operations.
The difference with this PAINTING CONNECTION is his attitude and his rude unprofessional manner. Maybe he had a bad day… Maybe he over reacted. One thing he lost a 30,000 bathroom renovation.
Two, if this is the type of psychological deficiency this individual is showing. Do I want him in my house, near my family?
Image is everything in business. No matter what you personally think. It must always be kept to yourself and every client is treated as if it was your only client.
At times you run into situations much like Mr. PAINTING CONNECTION came across and may have been fed up with people soliciting for his business instead of giving him business. This should tell him that if more people are calling to solicit than to purchase…that there is something wrong with the way he does business. If I was him I look at his business etiquette and his attitude.
Success does not come to people. Success is something that requires a winning formula and attitude and appearance is the two key fundamental blocks that build on success.

“I live a dream in a nightmare world”
Fragile Existence
The saying is, ‘People will be people’. How true.
I am sure this will ring a bell for many. We all awaken from sleep every morning. Use the bathroom, make our lunches/breakfast and get in our cars or take public transportation to where ever we need to be.
The routine comes and goes as time ticks away towards our destiny. A destiny that as birth we all share.
As you awaken, have you ever stop and wondered… Where am I? Where could I be? The answers are obvious. What if we took a more philosophical approach. Would it be fair that without the knowledge of where we were that we could ideally be any place?
I remember once while on vacation in the caribean, closing my eyes and asking myself this question. Where am I? Could I be any place? Logic would quickly bring your reasoning to the fact that no we could not be any place other then where we are.
The point here being is that without knowledge of location we could technically be any place we so choose to be. With this thought one has to bring to question how we interpret our reality and the points of reference we use in order to identify environments. With this said one has to also wonder if our state of mind is nothing more than a scrum of points of origin to give us perspective or reference to reality.
As we awaken in the morning and we cross over to our bathroom. Are we conscious of what lies under our feet? The many cables, pipes and utility aparatus that aid us in the make up of our reality? When we turn on that water to brush our teeth are we conscious of where that water comes from and the process and or logistics of it getting from it’s source to our homes?
As we make our breakfast/lunches is there any conscious attention to the fact that there is power coming in from a source to work our appliances? Do we even take into consideration the room temperature?
How about rushing out your door and walk to your car or bus stop. Are we conscious of the many pipes, utility cables we just walked over. Not to mention the environmental bombardment of both natural and man made waves that your body is constantly absorbing?
I bring this to your attention as we live our lives without consideration of the facts that we take our existence for granted. Our existence in my opinion is divided into the infrastructural and the psychological beings. Our infrastrutural deals with things described above. Things we do not see but play an essential role in our daily existence.
The psychological aspect is one that is highly dependent on the infrastructural. As without it the psychological part would be compromised this affecting our civility.
Think about it for a moment? What keeps us from turning against one another? Civility by definition: polite, reasonable, and respectful behavior.
Let’s look at this from outside the box. What if we awaken one day and we had no electricity, no running water? What if this went on for 6 months. Do you think the human spirit could endure it and maintain it’s civil integrity?
Interesting questions… but before we go answering them… let’s look at our societal psychology. We go around minding our own business. Society as it is, is very apathetic. Our dispassion is fueled by misinformation and the media influence on our core believes and opinions.
Our impassivity is a product of the pressures derived from our social norms and cultural customs.
In North America primarily. We live our lives in a self contained pretend world. A world that is as protected as it is fragile. Much like at the beginning of this column. Our sense of belonging or point of origin if you so want to deem it is highly based on the external or environmental stimulus and not so much on the reality of whom we are and the many powers that we possess and neglect to use.
We strive for world peace in a world that deals with compromised civility. With a reality that many in the West can’t begin to rationalize.
It does not take much to set us off the edge. Katrina floods gave us a peek at how civility comes to a halt when our infrastructure becomes compromised. Or the catastrophe in Haiti to name a few.
We don’t even have to go to such extremes. Look at what is taking place in the U.S. with the Presidential race… Modern society needs not to focus it’s interest in military endeavors but in education.
We need to educate our population on the realities around us and what to do in the event of a real emergency. We are at the mercy of our governments when it comes to dealing with National catastrophe.
I remember reading a report from FEMA and their protocol for a Nation wide response. The bottom line. It is every person out for themselves. Governments would set up safe zones and deem the peripherals as dead zones.
Now the question remains. if this is to stand true and we know the fundamental building blocks that we must strengthen. Why is it that we are so aggressively and at such a high cost wasting our resources liberating nations and or assisting in wars that have no real gain to us?
Our fragile existence is one that is not proprietary to our own civilization. If we look back in time. All fallen empires and civilizations endured the break down of their infrastructural systems in turn affecting the psychology of it’s people and in turn affecting their social integrity to the point of extinction.
The relics that we find today are a reminder and in part a message from the past to learn from their mistakes. You don’t believe me. Ask yourself this question. How did we win WWII and all wars?
By taking down the enemy infrastructure. This collapsing the people’s will to fight. The same is taking place today. The only difference is that we have no enemy other than our self.
Greed, envy, aggression are all part of our psychological make up that are held at bay by our assurance of security. Primal oppression that has been with us since the beginning of time.
Fight or Flee. Survival, is the ultimate human purpose.
We are no civilized. We are oppressed into surrendering for the betterment of the group. A group made up of hipocrisy in a way as we give up our ability to look at our world with eyes that leads us to the truth of the essence of humanity.
There is no greater human achievement than that of pure conscious through the understanding of your universe.
A universe that is one of the same and nothing of the same. An interlaced energy force that has empowered us with the ability to comprehend through understanding. A unique gift that can leads us to the true essence of who we are and why we are here.1900171_10151910196846363_2080624461_n

“I live a dream in a nightmare world”
CAUGHT WITH THEIR PANTS DOWN
On this one I am sorry but I have to point and laugh out loud. The City of Oshawa has truly been caught with it’s pants around their knees when it comes to the sudden realization that a cannabis dispensary opened it’s door in the heart of downtown Oshawa without their blessing.
I have heard from officials at City halls that councillors are running like chicken without their heads on figuring out what to do.
Council seems to be split on how to proceed. Everything from zoning to bylaw changes are being considered. The Mayor as usual after four or five hits of the City of Oshawa defibrillator figured out where downtown Oshawa is and is being forced to come up with some sort of civic scheme to deal with the reality that this cannabis dispensary opened one block away from the methadone clinic.
I remember the days when the methadone clinic was being considered to open in the core. How swiftly the city moved on zoning. On assuring they controlled the distribution of methadone, as it should be their business.
Now, the City has a methadone and a cannabis dispensary smack in the core.
I can’t speak for the methadone clinic as I have never approached it… I remember at first the methadone clinic had issues. Some of the methadone clinic patrons would line up before the clinic would open and local merchants and their patrons found it intimidating… That problem was addressed and the problem resolved.
Now the cannabis dispensary. So far has no reports of any problems. I am not a user of cannabis and for the most part are against the open legalization of cannabis for mostly social reasons and nothing else. Clinically I can see the benefits for many ailments.
During my visits to the cannabis clinic all attendants acted in a very professional manner. Talking to the some of them I could not believe my ears on how strongly they felt on the good they are doing to the clients that are needing this type of medication to help them deal with illnesses.
As I watched them work. One man walked over and shooK one of the attendants hands and thanked them for opening in Oshawa as he had a form of cancer that made it very painful to get around.
Even though I do not support the legalization of cannabis. I do support the legalization for medicinal purposes as herbs have played a key role in folk medicine.
I personally come from South America. In South America plants are medicine. I remember visiting cuba. I was fishing and all of a sudden my legs turned red. It was as a swarm of something had attacked my legs and bit marks could be seen all over me…. I went to the hotel lobby they put on lotion and assure me it was nothing. Then one of the porters pulled me over and said. Here go up to your room wet this plant the apply Aloe extract from the actual plant he brought me. I was reluctant. I went I soaked the first and rubbed it on my legs…. then squeezed the aloe from the other plant. At first as the Aloe plant dried it felt real tight… then a burst of relief and the redness had gone and the what they looked like bite marks all but disapeared.
I remember in another instance. This relative was very sick. He had tried all the available medicines of the time. He did not have long to live. He rounded up his family and they drove to the border of Uruguay and Brazil. There they met an Indian doctor that prescribed all herbs and roots. Including cannabis but not to smoke but to eat. The man lived for another 5 years.
Cannabis demands responsibility. Much like alcohol at one time was outlawed due to social factors. Cannabis has had a bad social rap for decades. Even though cannabis has become more acceptable socially it still carries a stigma. With that it also carries legal argument both for legalization and prohibition.
The bottom line is and this is whether we like it or not. Open legalization is coming. GW Weed Emporium in downtown core can be said to be pioneers in their field as they are setting the road for argument that responsible dispensing and responsible usage can be attained without the fear of abuse and or over consumption.
I personally think that intoxication, over indulgance of anything can be harmful. I strongly believe that the responsibility lies on the user. With this argument then one can make the presumption that those that would use cannabis when legalized would have to be incorporated into the same laws as tobacco and alcohol.
Eliminating the criminal aspect and opening the door for governments to make billion in taxation and saving billions in policing and incarceration of those in possession of cannabis.
The social picture is one that is constantly changing. Case in point.
Who would have ever thought that a cannabis dispensary would have ever open in downtown Oshawa?
For the many that are shocked that such a business opened over night, there should as many to rejoice to the fact that the owners of such a business had the fortitude to open and offer such service to a population of people with such cross range of ailments.
Now we must sit and wait to see what the city of Oshawa will do. A city that is anti-business. That it is anti downtown development. A city that has a Chamber of Commerce that had done little if anything for the business it represents and or the downtown core.
A city that operates out of bias and prejudice. A city that is very vindictive and out of touch with the realities of society.
A city that has no leadership and a city council that operate as another administrative layer. A City that has not seen any real change other then the fact that GM will soon close all of its operations when their lease for the lands come up and Oshawa is left with nothing but a formidable and infamous Trudeau salute.
I am pro downtown. I am anti big box stores. When I ran for office I wanted to impose a 5% tax on all big box stores sales to offset expenditures to develop our core. A city without a downtown core is nothing but a glorified village.
How sad that we must wait to see how those we elect to promote our businesses are going to plan a course of attack to either close us or make operating our business that much harder.
The Central Newspaper has operated for 22 years in the core. Not once have we seen any of the Mayors visit our place of business. I take that back Gray back in the day did visit twice but it was to inquire for information on a rival.
We live in a city that has no direction. A city that has no leadership. A city that has no real vision for not only our future but that of our children. We must invest in all business and we must support all businesses including this newly controversial cannabis dispensary.pants

JOE INGINO – ON GLOBAL WARMING

Logic 03.15.16

“I live a dream in a nightmare world”
GLOBAL WARMING
MY TAX
No matter what it is.. it appears that government always finds a way to tax us. Ever since the Americans came up with the whole Global warming scheme.
The world has bend over backwards in a state of hysteria that has caught on like a wild fire. Our own Prime Minister is going around the world championing the phantom phenomena.
I say this because many of the so called scientist that are ringing bells over the fact that the earth is getting warmer are the same scientist that are heavily funded by government.
I think before we go ringing any bells and tax people for carbon issues. We should first study and closely look at world weather history.

Let’s look at the patterns and then study the effects of our population boom in the last 100 years.

Sure the planet is getting warmer. You don’t have to be a scientist to figure this out… as the increase in human population alone would tell you that the over all temperature of the planet is affected…. does this justify passing reform to penalize industry?

I understand the emission issues with big industry and how technology plays a factor. I also understand the importance of industry and manufacturing in the success of any nation.
My question is. Why is it that the government should sanction penalties in the form of monetary gain?

After all if we are so hung up over our environment would it not make sense for the government to invest in our industrial sector to cut back emission? Would it not make more sense to invest than to tax?

No instead the government opts out to waste money on research and penalize industry. As our Prime minister tours the world and witnesses some of the real violators of environmental pollutants… Maybe our Prime minister should impose hefty duty for any and all products coming into our country from these countries that pollute?

I think in North America we need an overhaul on how we deal with global issues as personally I believe that due to our good nature and rich countries. We are being taken advantage and we are not benefiting from the many trade deals we make with foreign countries.
I have been following what is taking place in the United States Presidential election. Even though Trump appears to be the favorite on more than one front. Trump has the right idea when it comes to how we should re-write our foreign policy.

In my interpretation of his presentations. It appears that Trump wants to bring America back to what it was. A great powerful nation.
In part I support that for Canada also. Unfortunately we do not have the leadership with the vision to do the same.

Trump will set many new standards and will change the way the world sees North America. We must stop all this political correctness. We must stop feeling compassion towards nations that have proven to have no compassion for our efforts.
In an interview he was asked how he felt about helping nations for their natural resources. Donald Trump smiles and told it like it should be. “We will help those that we can benefit from. You decide what that means.”

I am an immigrant to this country I am proud to call home. I have made a living here and I like to think that I contributed to this great nation. It breaks my heart to see immigrants coming in to our country and not respecting our culture. Our traditions and our way of life.
I am sympathetic to others culture but only when they respect mine. I am compassionate to others plea and needs as long as they are willing to contribute and share.
The other day I was at a market in Scarborough. I could not believe my eyes. Eight different people walking around in the traditional Islamic wear.
With respectful eyes. I appreciated their ignorance and their culture. At the same time my heart was tore. I remember when I came to this country. How hard I tried to fit in. How important it was to pronounce the language correctly. How I would feel if my outfit was not one of approval by my peers.

There I sat in a market and witness this outright sign of disrespect and flaunting of non-cultural compliance for this great country we call Canada.
What has happened to our country?
You speak out they call you islamaphobic, homophobic and all the other cliche. Yet, we the people that made this country great can be insulted and witness open social disobedience and or compliance and we get labeled.

FOR THIS REASON. I SAY GO TRUMP GO… Maybe it will catch up in Canada.
Instead we have a Prime Minster that is bringing in 25,000 so called refugees into our country with little or no background checks.

A Prime Minister that rather go to Paris for environmental summits only to come back and threaten to penalize a sector of our economy that is responsible for the creation of jobs and prosperity.

Global warming, pollution, over population are very serious issues. Issues that if not controlled will eventually be something that can rid us extinct.

Is taxing industry the answer? What next the government will pass a tax program against having large families?

Today it is global warming tomorrow population control. Where do we draw the line?
